Customer care service is being launched on Facebook

Since its inception, Facebook has been constantly bringing information and technological changes. Users have never been able to directly talk to the company about these changes in the last eighteen years. Recently Facebook's parent company Meta is changing their decision.

For the first time after eighteen years, Facebook is launching a customer care service center for users.

The issue has recently come up in a Bloomberg report. The media spoke with Mater VP of Governance Brant Harris and published this report.

However, the report did not give any idea about how the customer service function would look like. It is said that Meta is bringing this service under a pilot project. In this, users can take services in English language.

A Facebook spokesperson said it is launching a process to provide direct support to users whose accounts have been locked for the first time.

However, Meta has not yet clarified when the customer service program will be launched, or if any testing has begun.

Now the question may naturally arise, is Meta bringing this service only for Facebook? The answer to such a question would be 'no'.

It is known that Meta is thinking of launching this customer service for all other organizations including Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Horizon VR.
